Authentic, Empathetic, Courageous
Daniela Cohen is a facilitator and coach with 16 years of experience supporting social change. An immigrant originally from South Africa, she brings deep expertise in conflict transformation, women-centered coaching, equity, diversity and inclusion, curriculum design and facilitation. Her work spans immigrant and refugee integration, youth leadership, journalism highlighting, underrepresented communities and disability justice.
With Roots & Rivers, Daniela brings this experience to working with community organizations, foundations, and municipal governments on facilitation, community engagement, and leadership development.
Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, yoga, spending time in nature, and travelling.
