Karolina Wudniak is a skilled graphic designer motivated by contributing to meaningful work that brings communities together and fosters connection. She is passionate about using visual storytelling to support projects that are grounded in collaboration and care.

With Roots & Rivers, Karolina brings her graphic design expertise to working with community organizations, foundations, municipal governments, and professional associations. She is particularly interested in projects that engage boards, senior leadership, frontline staff, and community members on topics such as children and youth, environmental justice, and immigrant inclusion.

Outside of work, Karolina enjoys running, spending time in nature with her husband and son, reading, and crafting.
