Tara Dalton is a strategic planning and facilitation professional with 15 years of experience in the social purpose sector. She uses her experience in nonprofit leadership, and managing public-private partnerships to work towards collaborative solutions. At the World Wildlife Fund, she serves as a Circular Supply Chain Manager and has overseen WWF's numerous multi-stakeholder partnerships and sustainability initiatives across the food supply chain.
She brings her expertise in strategic planning, board and staff engagement, retreat facilitation, and employee training to her work at Roots & Rivers.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, who are growing up fast!
