Temitope is a community engagement, facilitation, and evaluation specialist with 10 years of experience across various sectors, including housing, healthcare, EDI, gender-based violence, and settlement services. Drawing on lived experience as an immigrant and as a racialized person, she is motivated by compassion for people and a belief that a better world is possible. She brings expertise in strategic planning, community-engaged research, data analysis, and facilitation alongside strengths in social enterprise development and coaching.

With Roots & Rivers, Temitope works with community organizations on strategic planning and facilitation/engagement support. She particularly enjoys partnering with communities and community leaders to co-create practical, values-aligned solutions.

Outside of work, Temitope enjoys spending time with loved ones, dancing, traveling, and exploring new places.
