Victor Adeoye is a professional in the social purpose sector who is motivated by making a positive impact. He brings his expertise in environmental justice/climate change, community engagement, and social innovation labs to his work. He applies his educational background in policy and sociology to complex issues such as mental health care. At The Dagen Project, he leads a small team of creative change makers to champion men’s mental health issues.

With Roots & Rivers, Victor brings this experience to working with community organizations, government agencies, and foundations on community-engaged research and facilitation.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing piano, trying new restaurants, bike riding, and spending time in nature.
