Overview: BCACHC “is the voice for Community Health Centres and community-oriented, people-centred primary health care throughout British Columbia”. The organization has seen rapid growth and success and sought out support to develop a strategic plan for their work.
Output: Designed and facilitated a Board Strategy Retreat to develop a multi-year strategy (including Theory of Change & Goal Setting Framework) enabling the organization to capitalize on policy opportunities, address operational constraints, and bring leadership to the health resources sector.
