Overview: British Columbia Public School Employers’ Association is an employers’ association and accredited bargaining agent for BC’s public boards of education. They provide human resource services with a focus on the development, coordination and facilitation of human resources best practices.
Output: Designed multiple board-level facilitation sessions and gathered additional input through stakeholder surveys. Informed by these sessions co-created a 3-year strategic plan and a correlating operational plan for the first year of implementation.
