Overview: Binners’ Project is a group of waste-pickers (binners) aided by support staff dedicated to improving their economic opportunities, and reducing the stigma they face as informal recyclable collectors.
Output: Led a strategic planning process to help the Binners’ Project scale while maintaining their core mandate and values. Developed a curriculum program to support binners’ facilitators to train binners in proper sorting, reporting and relationship management.
