Overview: CADA “supports and strengthens the arts to benefit all Calgarians” and their “programs support hundreds of arts organizations, individual artists, artist collectives, and ad hoc groups in Calgary”.
Output: Designed and facilitated a Board Strategy Retreat to gain alignment on a vision of success for CADA, a multi-year strategy around investing in Calgary’s arts sector, and an evaluation plan for measuring this progress. Activities included Stakeholder Mapping, Goal Setting, Adaptive Cycle Evaluation, Initiative Prioritization.
