CACV engaged Roots & Rivers to develop a strategic plan to support the organization through growth and transition. This work included a community engagement process to hear from a breadth of voices, including artists, donors, and funding recipients, as well as engagement and strategy sessions with staff and board members to build connections and set intentions for the upcoming years.
