Overview: Eastside Works is an alternative employment hub for people facing multiple persistent barriers in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside that is developing creative skill and needs matched opportunities for individuals.
Output: Led a multi-year Developmental Evaluation of the pilot program and provided organisational and strategy coaching for the team throughout the project.
