The Future Arts Network Society was formed in 2022 as an incorporated non-profit society to provide a platform for early-career arts & cultural workers and emerging leaders to collaborate and connect. Roots & Rivers co-designed a strategic planning process framed in critical feminist, decolonization and anti-oppression theories encouraging considerations of past, present, future and intergenerational organizational change impact and capacity development for Future Arts Network. Our process engaged FAN alumni, current participants, and other community members to drive a co-created process to envision the future.
