The Greenpeace Canada Education Fund (GCEF) is a registered charity focused on
research, investigations and public education. They empower Canadians with information on climate change and biodiversity to influence public policy and offer solutions to address the climate crisis. Their work complements and supports that of Greenpeace Canada and other environmental partners.
Roots & Rivers worked with GCEF to develop its first strategic plan. At this critical course-setting moment, we supported their team to establish their organizational identity while balancing their contributions to collaborative work with environmental partners across Canada.
