Overview: Mid-Main Community Health Centre is a non-profit that provides a range of services in one building, emphasizing health education and illness prevention. The Health Center believes that healthy people make healthy communities and they ensure that community input helps shape their vision and goals.
Output: Designed and delivered an interactive full-day strategy session on board-level. Co-developed goals and objectives and provided recommendations for next steps regarding strategy.
