Overview: Sanguen provides wrap-around support to those experiencing high degrees of marginalization as a result of their substance use, mental health, homelessness, and chronic poverty.
Output: Designed and reported on a Performance Measurement and Evaluation Plan for Health Canada’s Substance Use and Addictions Program (SUAP).
