Overview: Small Economy Works connects people in mostly northern communities to the latest in skills training, education and innovation support through an asset-based approach to create economic, social, and community resilience.
Output: Led a strategic planning process that resulted in a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan and operational plan to help support the future direction of Small Economy Works in a time of organizational growth.
