TELUS Health for Good partners with innovative social medicine providers across Canada to enable the delivery of primary health care and mental health support services. Working together, they offer health outreach services through mobile health clinics (MHCs) that address specific needs within communities to overcome barriers to accessing care.
Roots & Rivers designed and delivered a national program evaluation by diving deep into the experience at five MHCs. By using Participatory Narrative Inquiry, an approach that recognizes storytellers as experts in their experience, we gained meaningful insights into how TELUS Health for Good’s MHCs have facilitated access to primary care.
