Overview: Turning Point Recovery Society is a non-profit organization committed to improving the health and well-being of individuals with addiction issues through a continuum of residential and outpatient support services and programs.
Output: Developed a Strategic Plan, Operations Plan, Succession Plan, and a Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion statement and action plan. In addition, developed a strategic plan for their Stories Cafe. Lastly, through Turning Point Recovery Society, Roots & Rivers was hired to develop a Strategic Plan for the Richmond Community Services Advisory Committee.
