Overview: The Umbrella Multicultural Health Co-op hosted pioneers of Cross-Cultural Health Brokering (CCHB) from across Canada to develop a National Framework & Strategy. CCHB is a vital part of health care for newcomers to Canada and its recognition and support will be vital to ensuring health and wellness equity along the full continuum of settlement, integration and social inclusion.
Output: Designed and facilitated a Strategic Planning Session to develop the National Framework. Activities included: Theory of Change development, Goal Setting Process, Systems & Stakeholders Map.
