Job Posting Overview

We’re looking for a thoughtful, adaptable, purpose-driven strategist, facilitator, and relationship builder to join our team as a Service Lead - Strategy Facilitation (Lower Mainland, BC).

Location: Lower Mainland, BC (remote, with in-person facilitation)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-quality strategy facilitation, manage client projects, and help strengthen our network and presence in BC. You’ll work closely with our core team and contractors, nurture strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and contribute to both the delivery and the backbone of our work. You’ll report to the CEO and have autonomy and flexibility in how you deliver your work.
