Janani Ravikularam is a racialized-immigrant settler who brings curiosity, compassion, and an analytical lens to what she does. She is a people-centered leader who believes collaborative relationships are key to doing meaningful work.

Over the last 7 years she has worked in the nonprofit sector, federal government, and health authorities in research, engagement, and facilitation.
