We have worked with Roots & Rivers twice to design and facilitate our annual Board Strategy Retreat, both experiences were very positive. The R&R team set us up for success and facilitated our discussions with ease. They helped nudge us in the right direction, explore new ways of working together, and generate ideas for how we could advance as a board. We are grateful for the mutual respect and relationship we have been building with R&R and look forward to working with them again.
