We chose to work with Roots & Rivers in the development of our strategic plan because their focus on equity, inclusion, and sustainability aligns with our organization’s key values. Working with the Roots & Rivers team was a very positive experience. Their ability to synthesize and reframe discussions throughout the strategic planning process and engage with all our key stakeholders was deeply valuable. They did a great job of handling the various complexities of our organization. We now have a clear and focused strategy to move forward with. We’re excited for the next steps.
