Overview: The British Columbia Chiropractic Association (BCCA) is a voluntary professional organization that represents BC’s chiropractors, dedicating its efforts to advocacy to the government, public awareness, and collaboration with other health care organizations.
Output: Led a board-level strategic planning process and developed a strategic plan, using input gathered through external stakeholder interviews, member interviews and consultation sessions.
